Order Processing Time

We aim to process your order within 1 business day. Orders received before 2:00 PM PT typically ship the same business day.
Business Days refer to Monday – Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination address. In addition to the order processing time, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery.

Signature Requirement

All of our eBike shipments require the recipient's signature upon delivery due to the item's value. If a delivery attempt was made and we missed you, please contact us or the delivery service used for your shipment.

Leon Cycle account holders can access these details by going to MY ACCOUNT and selecting My Orders from the online account menu.

Please note - it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update. Patience,  my little grasshoppers!

Shipping Costs

All orders include free delivery to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes 

Our delivery couriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes. The bikes are too big to fit in those tiny things!
